The Art of Dance Gallery Application

We are so happy you would like to participate in our "Art of Dance" project! Please have the dancer fill out the form (a parent may assist if needed). You DO NOT have to be an experienced dancer to be selected. We are looking for a variety of ages, experience levels etc. When we chat by phone we will determine if you are a good fit for this project. We look forward to getting to know you!
